She describes how leaders need to recognize the standards they’re modeling for their employees, and shares findings from her research. Rahaf Harfoush, author of Humane Productivity, spells out the four stages of the creative process and gives her recommendations for countering “productivity propaganda.” She stresses the importance of protecting yourself from burnout by prioritizing rest, which is especially crucial for creatives.
